V-Flow GRP Abutment Secret Gutter (GAS 1) 3m – Lead Grey

The V-Flow GRP Abutment Soaker replaces traditional lead flashings to provide a weatherproof seal where a sloping roof meets a vertical wall. This unlipped secret gutter system is designed to channel water safely into the guttering, preventing moisture from entering the roof space at the wall junction.

It is a practical choice because it is significantly lighter and easier to handle on-site than lead, yet offers a service life in excess of 20 years. The upper face features a bonded sanded strip that provides a high-quality key for bedding tiles into mortar, ensuring the perimeter remains secure and watertight.

This system is BBA certified and suitable for use with double-lap or interlocking slates, as well as clay and concrete tiles. For a complete installation, it should be used in conjunction with Code 4 lead stepped flashing to dress over the GRP upstand.

Lightweight: At approximately 1.7kg per 3mt length, it reduces the manual handling risks and structural load associated with heavy lead rolls
