Keeping your powder-coated aluminium frames in top condition is straightforward. Wash the frames at least twice a year (or every 3 months in coastal or high-pollution areas) using warm water, a mild non-alkaline detergent, and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.
Always avoid abrasive cream cleaners, solvents, ammonia, or bleach, as these can score the finish. Every 6 to 12 months, apply a light silicone lubricant to moving hinges, locking points, and handle mechanisms to ensure effortless operation for years to come.

When requesting a quote, we always recommend providing overall manufacturing sizes – which is the exact frame size you require—whenever possible. If you are providing structural brickwork opening measurements instead, please make sure to let us know. In those cases, we will apply standard fitting deductions, usually deducting 10mm to 12mm from both the overall width and height, to determine the final frame size. Also, remember to clarify whether your measurements include additional components like cills, add-ons, or couplers so we can calculate your quote accurately.
