The PENOSIL 919 in Transparent is a specialised, all-weather, synthetic rubber-based sealant designed for instant waterproofing and emergency repairs. Its unique solvent-based formula allows it to be applied in extreme conditions, even during heavy rain or onto completely submerged surfaces.
