PENOSIL 300ml Low Modulus Neutral Silicone 317 – Brown
The PENOSIL 317 in Brown is a professional-grade, neutral-cure oxime silicone. As a low-modulus sealant, it is engineered for high elasticity and superior adhesion, making it the industry standard for perimeter sealing around uPVC, aluminium, and timber window and door frames.
Key Features
Low Modulus & High Elasticity: Designed to accommodate significant joint movement without losing its bond, which is critical for external window frames.
Neutral Cure (Oxime): Non-corrosive and low-odour. It won't react with metals or degrade the seals in double-glazed units.
Excellent Primerless Adhesion: Bonds exceptionally well to most common construction materials, including PVC-U, glass, masonry, and brick.
UV & Weather Resistant: Formulated to resist ageing, yellowing, and cracking caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Glazing Approved: Rated for glazing applications (EN 15651-2), ensuring it remains stable and flexible in cold climates.
