Anthracite Grey Hardie Seal Edge Coating – 1 Litre

Hardie™ Seal Edge Coating in Anthracite Grey is the official, colour-matched acrylic sealer required for every James Hardie cladding project. It is specifically formulated to seal the cut ends of Hardie® Plank and Hardie® VL Plank weatherboards.
By applying this sealer, you protect the fibre cement core from moisture absorption and maintain the professional modern, dark grey appearance of your installation. Using the official Hardie™ Seal is a mandatory requirement to satisfy the terms of the James Hardie 15-year product warranty.

Applications & Usage

Edge Sealing: Must be applied to every cut end of a board before it is fixed into a trim or butt joint to prevent water ingress.

Seamless Match: The Anthracite Grey finish is an exact factory match for your modern, dark grey cladding boards.

Minor Repairs: Use to touch up small chips, dents, or scratches (no larger than 6mm) that may occur during the build.
