70mm x 6mm Concord PVC Architrave, 5m – Cream

This 70mm skirting board is finished in a smooth Cream (D) foil, providing a warm and elegant alternative to traditional white trims. At 6mm thick, this flat-backed profile provides a neat, slimline border that sits perfectly flush against the wall to cover joints at the floor level. The decorative foil features a subtle woodgrain texture and is factory-applied to ensure a consistent, durable finish that requires no additional painting or decorating.

Constructed from high-quality cellular PVC-u, this skirting is entirely moisture-resistant and will not warp, swell, or rot. It is a practical and high-performance alternative to real wood or MDF, particularly in rooms prone to dampness such as kitchens or bathrooms. The material is lightweight and easy to handle, allowing for quick installation across 5m lengths using standard hand tools.

The product is manufactured to stringent quality standards and is tested for fire performance and impact resistance. It meets the requirements stipulated for cellular PVC-u in BS 7619, ensuring long-term durability. Backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee, this foiled profile provides a reliable and stylish solution for any internal decorative project.
