70mm x 12mm Concord PVC Skirting, 5m – White

The 70mm skirting trim is a robust and stylish PVC-u skirting board designed to withstand the rigours of floor-level use. Its 12mm thickness provides a sturdy, traditional appearance that creates a clean transition between walls and flooring. Because it is made from cellular PVC-u, it is a superior alternative to MDF, as it is completely unaffected by dampness, spills, or wet mopping.

This skirting is ideal for both new builds and refurbishment projects, offering an approachable “fit and forget” solution. It is easy to cut and mitre using standard hand tools, and the smooth white finish eliminates the need for any priming or topcoats. Its durability makes it suitable for high-traffic areas in both residential and commercial properties.

Concord profiles are manufactured to stringent quality control standards in accordance with ISO 9001. This skirting is Kitemarked and has achieved the requirements stipulated for cellular PVC-u in BS 7619. It is backed by a 15-year manufacturer’s guarantee, providing confidence that the white finish will stay bright and the board will remain structurally sound.
