For double garages and larger residential flat roofs, the 6.10m (20ft) ClassicBond 1.2mm EPDM is the ideal choice. This width allows you to cover substantial areas in a single application, providing a massive advantage in both speed of installation and long-term reliability. Because there are no seams, there are no weak points for water to ingress.

Available cut to size per half metre up to a maximum of 30.5m, this membrane is lightweight and easy to handle despite its size. It is fully adhered using our solvent-based contact adhesives and is designed to stay flexible for decades. Ordering Tip: When calculating your length, we recommend allowing an extra 150mm on all edges for overhangs and upstands. Please double-check your figures before checking out, ensuring the correct size for your roof is your responsibility once the rubber is cut.
