595mm Square 9mm Cover Board x 5m – White

This 595mm x 5m Concord 9mm Square Capping Board in White is a high-density uPVC board designed for roofline refurbishment and capping existing timber fascias. Featuring a clean, square-edge profile, it provides a cost-effective way to achieve a professional, low-maintenance finish without a full structural replacement. As a BBA Approved white profile, it is engineered to provide long-term protection against the elements.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board features a closed-cell cellular PVC-U core with a weather-resistant outer skin. It includes a purpose-designed 35mm return leg with an integrated rebate, allowing soffit boards to be installed quickly and securely via a simple push-fit. For a professional installation, these 9mm boards must be fixed over a sound, existing timber fascia or a minimum 12mm thick marine-grade plywood backing board.
