40mm x 6mm Castellated Architrave, 5m – Moondust

This 40mm castellated architrave provides a neat, decorative finish to internal window and door installations. Designed with a distinct grooved profile, it offers a more textured aesthetic than standard flat trims, effectively masking the joint between the frame and the wall.

The architrave is ideal for covering gaps and creating a professional border around uPVC windows and doors. The Moondust Grey finish is a versatile mid-grey that matches contemporary foil-wrapped profiles, ensuring a consistent look across the entire installation. Because it is lightweight and flexible, it handles uneven masonry or slightly out-of-square openings better than rigid timber alternatives.

Manufactured by Deeplas using a high-density PVC-U formulation, this trim is built for long-term durability. It will not rot, warp, or require painting, and the colour-fast finish is designed to resist fading. The lead-free calcium organic formulation makes it a more environmentally responsible choice for modern building projects.
