405mm Square 9mm Double Ended Cover Board x 5m – Irish Oak

This 405mm x 5m Concord 9mm Double-Ended Square Capping Board in Irish Oak is a high-density uPVC profile designed for large-scale roofline refurbishment. It features a bright, realistic woodgrain texture that offers a natural oak tone, adding a fresh timber look to a property’s exterior. With finished square edges on both sides, this versatile 405mm board allows for flexible usage on-site, whether for wide fascia runs or deep box-end details.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a solid cellular PVC-U core. It includes a 35mm return leg and an integrated rebate for a fast and secure “push-fit” soffit installation. To ensure professional results, these boards must be fixed over a sound backing board using stainless steel pins or screws.
