405mm Square 9mm Double Ended Cover Board x 5m – Black

This 405mm x 5m Concord 9mm Double-Ended Square Capping Board in Black is a bold, high-density uPVC profile engineered for roofline refurbishment. Featuring a deep black foiled woodgrain texture, it provides a modern, architectural finish that replicates the appearance of stained timber. The double-ended 405mm design offers maximum site flexibility, allowing for deep box-end construction or on-site cutting for dual fascia runs.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a solid cellular PVC-U core. It includes a 35mm return leg and an integrated rebate for a fast and secure “push-fit” soffit installation. To ensure professional results, these boards must be fixed over a sound backing board using stainless steel pins or screws.
