This 300mm x 5m Concord 9mm Square Capping Board in Rosewood is a high-density uPVC profile designed for roofline refurbishment. It features a dark, luxurious woodgrain texture, offering a timeless aesthetic with excellent kerb appeal. This 9mm board is an ideal solution for capping existing sound timber fascias, providing a robust, weatherproof barrier that requires zero painting or staining.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a solid cellular PVC-U core. It includes a 35mm return leg and an integrated rebate for a fast and secure “push-fit” soffit installation. To ensure professional results, these boards must be fixed over a sound backing board using stainless steel pins or screws.
