The European Plastics 25mm Over-Fascia Vent is a high-capacity eaves ventilator strip engineered to provide a continuous 25mm airway path for heavy-duty roofline ventilation applications. Installed directly to the top edge of the fascia board, this 1000mm profile ensures excellent continuous airflow through the roofing system, allowing the loft space to breathe and preventing severe condensation damage to roof timbers. Injection moulded from premium co-polymer polypropylene, this robust 32mm high profile is built to withstand high structural loads and the weight of deep-profile tiling without sagging, distorting, or decaying.
