250mm Square 16mm Full Replacement Fascia Board x 5m – Agate Grey

This 250mm x 5m Concord 16mm Square Fascia Board in Agate Grey is a high-density, load-bearing uPVC fascia for both new build construction and full replacement projects. It features a premium foiled woodgrain texture, offering a sophisticated, modern grey finish (often referred to as ‘Painswick’) that replicates the look of traditional painted timber.

Designed to provide a robust, structural foundation, this uPVC board is able to support all standard eaves tiles and gutters without the need for an additional timber backing board.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, it features a 35mm return leg with a purpose-designed rebate allowing soffit boards to be installed quickly and securely via a simple push-fit. It’s a professional solution designed for a hassle-free, permanent roofline that works for both pitched and flat roofs and offers a secure base with a tidy finish.
