200mm Flat Edge 16mm Fascia Board x 5m – White

This 200mm x 5m Concord 16mm Flat Fascia Board in White is a high-density, load-bearing uPVC fascia designed for both new build construction and residential replacement projects. It features a clean-lined, flat edge profile for a minimalist and modern architectural finish. As a BBA Approved white profile, this 16mm solid board is engineered for structural longevity and is designed to be fixed directly to rafter ends without the need for additional timber backing.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board comprises a closed-cell cellular PVC-U core protected by an outer weathering impact-modified PVC-U skin. It includes a precision-engineered 35mm return leg and an integrated rebate, allowing for a fast and secure “push-fit” installation of soffit boards.
