150mm Vented Soffit 9mm Board x 5m (10mm Air Gap) – Black

This 150mm x 5m Concord 9mm Vented Soffit / Multi-Purpose Board in Black is a bold, modern soffit solution. It features a deep black woodgrain texture and integral ventilation slots providing a 10,000mm² per metre air gap. This board is perfect for contemporary architectural projects, offering a sleek, textured black finish that prevents moisture build-up in the roof structure.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a high-density cellular PVC-U core. Its flat, square-edged profile is easy to work with using standard woodworking tools, providing a crisp, textured finish for roofline soffits. Unlike smooth finishes, the woodgrain foil provides added depth and character to the property exterior.
