1m European Plastics 10mm uPVC Continuous Vented Eaves Tray – Black

The 1m European Plastics uPVC Continuous Vented Eaves Tray is a dual-purpose roofing accessory engineered to protect the eaves while delivering building regulation-compliant roof ventilation. Installed directly on top of the fascia board, this rigid uPVC tray prevents rainwater from pooling and rotting the edge of the roofing felt by bridging the gap to the gutter. Simultaneously, its integrated continuous vents provide an airflow path equivalent to a 10mm opening, promoting healthy air circulation through the loft space to prevent harmful condensation and timber dampness.

Key Features
Integrated 10mm Ventilation: Features built-in, continuous air slots that supply structural ventilation to the roof void without the need for separate fascia vents.

Prevents Water Ponding: Rigid uPVC profile bridges the gap between the rafters and fascia, ensuring rainwater drains smoothly into the gutter without sagging or pooling.

Bird and Insect Guard: Precision-sized ventilation slots prevent nesting birds, large insects, and rodents from entering the roof space.
