ResTrims GRP 3m Upstand Fascia Trim – 100mm

The RESTEC GRP 3m Upstand Trim (B230) is a structural perimeter component engineered to create a secure, vertical weather barrier where the roof meets an abutment wall or parapet. Formulated to provide a sharp, clean finish, this 3-meter length features a 100mm vertical face, making it the essential companion for standard-height upstand details. Its advanced moulded geometry acts as a reliable reference point for the roof’s edge, standing out for its ability to prevent water from ingress at the junction between the horizontal deck and vertical masonry.

Key Features
High-Strength GRP Housing: Specially formulated to produce bold, durable performance that will not rust, rot, or warp, providing a permanent alternative to traditional flashings.

100mm Vertical Profile: Designed to allow for a clean, controlled transition that directs water away from the wall and back onto the main roof area.

Thermal Expansion Balance: Features a high-grade chemical profile that expands and contracts in harmony with the FlexiTec 2020 membrane, ensuring an unobstructed, water-tight seal.

Pre-Pigmented Finish: The UV-stable grey surface is engineered to provide a professional aesthetic that requires no painting and maintains a crisp look for decades.
