ResTrims GRP 3m Cover Flashing Trim

The RESTEC GRP 3m Cover Flashing Trim (C100) is a professional-grade waterproofing component designed to bridge the gap between a roof upstand and the building’s brickwork. Formulated to provide a sharp, clean finish, this 3-meter length acts as a modern, maintenance-free alternative to traditional lead flashing. Its advanced moulded geometry acts as a reliable reference point for the wall-to-roof junction, standing out for its ability to provide an unobstructed, weather-tight seal while allowing the roof system to move independently of the masonry.

Key Features
Simulated Lead Aesthetic: Specially formulated to produce a bold, durable appearance that mimics traditional materials without the risk of theft or staining.

High-Strength GRP Housing: Designed to allow for a clean, controlled finish that will not rust, rot, or corrode, providing a permanent barrier against wind-driven rain.

Tapered Drip Edge: Features a high-grade profile that directs water away from the wall fillet and back onto the roof, keeping the vertical junction unobstructed and dry.

Pre-Pigmented Grey: The UV-stable finish is engineered to provide a professional aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the entire RESTEC GRP trim range.
