20mm x 6mm Cloaking Fillet, 5m – Moondust

This 20mm cloaking fillet, often referred to as a pencil round or quadrant alternative, is a slim PVC-U trim designed for neatening small gaps between window frames and window cills or walls. Its compact profile makes it an excellent choice for subtle finishing where a full-sized architrave would be too bulky or visually intrusive.

The primary application for this fillet is ‘cloaking’ the join between the uPVC frame and the internal reveal or cill. The Moondust Grey finish matches modern mid-grey window foils, ensuring that the trim blends seamlessly into the installation. Because of its 20mm width, it is particularly effective in tight corners or narrow reveals where space is limited but a clean, professional edge is still required.

Produced by Deeplas using high-density, lead-free PVC-U, this cloaking fillet is designed for long-term durability in domestic and commercial environments. The material is completely moisture-resistant and UV-stabilised, meaning it will not yellow, crack, or warp over time. It provides a permanent, maintenance-free alternative to traditional timber beads that require regular painting.
