90mm x 6mm Castellated Architrave, 5m – Moondust

This 95mm castellated architrave is the widest profile in the Deeplas range, designed for installations that require maximum coverage. The decorative castellated face features distinct parallel grooves that provide a structured, professional appearance, ensuring that even a large surface area of trim looks intentional and refined rather than bulky.

Specifically engineered for “wide-gap” scenarios, this 95mm trim is the go-to solution for refurbishment projects where old timber surrounds have been removed, leaving behind significant gaps or damaged plasterwork. The Moondust Grey finish offers a sleek, mid-grey tone that complements modern foiled window frames, providing a clean transition between the aperture and the interior decor.

Manufactured using Deeplas’ high-density, lead-free PVC-U, this architrave is built to last. Unlike traditional timber, it will not shrink, crack, or require ongoing maintenance. The robust 6mm thickness provides the necessary rigidity to span wider gaps without bowing, while the UV-stabilised surface ensures the Moondust Grey colour remains consistent over years of exposure to natural light.
