The Kayflow Top Hung Rafter Bracket is designed for properties without fascia boards, where the guttering needs to be secured directly to the top of the roof rafters. Because these are fixed over the top of the rafter, they are ideal for new builds or major re-roofing projects where they can be installed before the tiles or slates go down.
