Hardie™ EPDM Batten Tape – 120mm x 20m

Hardie™ EPDM 120mm Tape is a high-performance, weather-resistant rubber tape designed to protect your timber sub-frame from the elements. It is an essential component for any Hardie® Plank or Hardie® VL Plank installation, specifically used to cover timber battens wherever a butt joint occurs in the cladding. This 120mm width provides maximum coverage for wide-face battens and specialist framing junctions.

This 0.7mm thick tape acts as a secondary moisture barrier, ensuring that any water that passes through the cladding joints does not cause the timber battens to rot over time. Available in four different widths, it allows for complete coverage of both intermediate and jointing battens.
