175mm Vented Soffit 9mm Board x 5m (10mm Air Gap) – Mahogany

This 175mm x 5m Concord 9mm Vented Multi-Purpose Board in Mahogany is designed for prestigious roofline refurbishments. It features a rich, dark woodgrain foil and integral ventilation that provides a 10,000 mm² per metre air gap. This profile ensures that your roofline looks traditional and high-end while maintaining the necessary airflow to protect your roof timbers from decay.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a high-density cellular PVC-U core. Its flat, square-edged profile is easy to work with using standard woodworking tools, providing a crisp, textured finish for roofline soffits. Unlike smooth finishes, the woodgrain foil provides added depth and character to the property exterior.
