405mm Vented Soffit 9mm Board x 5m (10mm Air Gap) – Anthracite Grey

This 405mm x 5m Concord 9mm Vented Soffit / Multi-Purpose Board in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) is a premium soffit solution for modern properties. It features a realistic woodgrain foil texture and integral ventilation slots that provide a 10,000 mm² per metre continuous air gap. This ensures your roof void remains well-ventilated to prevent dampness while perfectly matching modern anthracite grey windows and doors.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a high-density cellular PVC-U core. Its flat, square-edged profile is easy to work with using standard woodworking tools, providing a crisp, textured finish for roofline soffits. Unlike smooth finishes, the woodgrain foil provides added depth and character to the property exterior.
