300mm Vented Soffit 9mm Board x 5m (10mm Air Gap) – Light Oak

This 300mm x 5m Concord 9mm Vented Multi-Purpose Board in Light Oak offers a warm, traditional timber aesthetic with the added benefit of integral ventilation. The board provides a 10,000mm²per metre air gap, allowing the roof to breathe while protecting it from moisture build-up. Its realistic woodgrain makes it the perfect choice for homes with Light Oak window systems.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a high-density cellular PVC-U core. Its flat, square-edged profile is easy to work with using standard woodworking tools, providing a crisp, textured finish for roofline soffits. Unlike smooth finishes, the woodgrain foil provides added depth and character to the property exterior.
