This 405mm x 5m Concord 9mm Double-Ended Square Capping Board in Smooth Light Grey is a high-density uPVC profile designed for roofline refurbishment and bespoke installations. The double-ended 405mm design provides maximum site flexibility, with finished square profiles on both edges for use in deep soffits or complex box-end details. It features a co-extruded smooth finish in a clean, neutral grey tone, offering a modern aesthetic that bridges the gap between traditional white and darker anthracite shades.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is constructed with a high-density cellular PVC-U core beneath a tough, weather-resistant outer skin. It includes the integrated 35mm return leg and rebate system for a fast, secure “push-fit” soffit installation. To ensure a professional finish and comply with technical standards, these 9mm profiles must be fixed over a sound backing board using stainless steel nails or screws.
