This 175mm x 5m Concord 9mm Square Capping Board in Light Oak is a high-density uPVC profile designed for roofline refurbishment. It features a warm, realistic woodgrain texture that replicates the natural appearance of oak timber. This 9mm board provides a cost-effective way to cap over existing sound timber fascias, offering a traditional aesthetic with the benefit of modern, low-maintenance materials.

Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the board is built with a solid cellular PVC-U core. It includes a 35mm return leg and an integrated rebate for a fast and secure “push-fit” soffit installation. To ensure professional results, these boards must be fixed over a sound backing board using stainless steel pins or screws.
