405mm Square 16mm Full Replacement Double Ended Fascia Board x 5m – Light Grey

This 405mm x 5m Concord 16mm Double-Ended Square Fascia Board in Light Grey is a high-density, load-bearing uPVC fascia for both new build construction and large-scale renovations. The double-ended design provides maximum site flexibility, with square profiles on both edges for use in deep soffits or bespoke roofline details. It features a co-extruded smooth finish in a clean, neutral grey tone, offering a crisp aesthetic that bridges the gap between traditional white and darker anthracite shades.

Designed as a solid 16mm structural board, it provides the strength to fix directly to rafter ends without timber backing. Manufactured by Swish Building Products to ISO 9001:2015 standards, it includes the 35mm return leg and integrated soffit rebate for a fast, professional, and weatherproof finish.
