The 7.62m (25ft) ClassicBond membrane is designed for wide-span flat roofing projects where minimising seams is the priority. This 1.2mm thick non-reinforced sheet provides a uniform, high-performance barrier against the elements. It is particularly well-suited for large commercial units or wide residential bungalow extensions where standard roll widths would require multiple joins.
We provide this cut to size per half metre up to a maximum of 30.5m, to ensure you have exactly what is needed for the site. It is easy to install over a variety of decks, including OSB3 and plywood, provided they are clean and dry. For a complete system, integrate this with our SureEdge EPDM trims for a neat finish.
Ordering Tip: When calculating your length, we recommend allowing an extra 150mm on all edges for overhangs and upstands. Please double-check your figures before checking out, ensuring the correct size for your roof is your responsibility once the rubber is cut.
