The 3.05m (10ft) width is our most popular size for standard single garages, large sheds, and wrap-around extensions. By using a single sheet of ClassicBond 1.2mm EPDM, you eliminate the need for any joins on a typical 3-metre wide deck, significantly reducing the risk of future leaks. This non-reinforced membrane is highly flexible and handles the natural expansion and contraction of UK roof decks with ease.

We stock this on the roll and cut to size per half metre up to a maximum of 30.5m, so you get the exact length you need. It’s a clean, safe system to install—no torches or bitumen boilers required. Simply bond it down for a flat, professional finish that is compatible with our full range of SureEdge trims.
Ordering Tip: When calculating your length, we recommend allowing an extra 150mm on all edges for overhangs and upstands. Please double-check your figures before checking out, ensuring the correct size for your roof is your responsibility once the rubber is cut.
