4.57m ClassicBond 1.2mm EPDM Rubber Roofing – Cut to Size

ClassicBond 1.2mm EPDM is the original EPDM roofing system, recognised as one of the most reliable and durable materials for flat roofs. This 4.57m width is perfect for double garages or residential extensions, allowing for a seamless finish without the need for on-site joining, this system has a proven track record of over 50 years.

We stock this membrane on the roll and cut to size per half metre, with a maximum seamless length of 30.5m available. It is a cold-applied system, meaning it is installed without heat or flames, making it a safer and faster choice for both refurbishments and new builds.

Ordering Tip: When calculating your length, we recommend allowing an extra 150mm on all edges for overhangs and upstands. Please double-check your figures before checking out, ensuring the correct size for your roof is your responsibility once the rubber is cut.
