Carlisle Water Cut-Off Mastic – 326ml

Carlisle Water Cut-Off Mastic is a one-component, low-viscosity, self-wetting butyl-blend mastic designed for use as a primary sealing agent in EPDM roofing and waterproofing systems. This extremely tacky material is specifically developed for use in compression-type seals, such as where a membrane is terminated against a parapet wall or under a termination bar.
Unlike lap sealants which protect exposed edges, Water Cut-Off Mastic is applied behind the membrane to create a durable, liquid-tight seal under constant pressure. It remains flexible and tacky throughout its service life to maintain a consistent barrier against water ingress at roof terminations.
Ordering Tip: When calculating your requirements, one 326ml tube covers approximately 3 linear metres.
